Colonial Fruit Tree Centerpiece Workshop
Colonial Holiday Fruit Tree Centerpiece
Join us on Saturday, December 10, at 1pm for a special holiday table centerpiece demonstration class featuring learning how to create fresh fruit pyramids and aromatic pomanders (fresh fruit, such as oranges, lemons, or limes studded with spices) dating back to the Colonial & Victorian period. These types of decorations were among the pleasing scents of a holiday home. The aroma of fresh fruit, spices, and winter greenery, added to the centerpiece’s striking architectural pyramid-shaped form, make this fruit tree an eye-catching holiday tabletop decoration. The $60 cost of the class is per centerpiece and includes all materials, including the colonial nail-studded wooden tree cone.
